Three Tiers, Based on Nights, Not Spend
Your tier is calculated on total nights stayed within a rolling 12-month window, not the total you've spent. Stay less over the next year and your tier can step back down, stay more and it climbs.

How Points Actually Work
Points are earned on the net amount you pay for a direct room booking, credited after you check out, not at the time of booking. One point is worth IDR 1 when you redeem it, and every point you earn stays valid for 24 months.
Nakula Expert Tip: Points earn on room bookings specifically. If a cancellation happens before check-out, no points are issued for that stay, so there's nothing to claw back later. It keeps the whole system simple: no points until the stay actually happens.
Spending Your Points: Vouchers, Not a Bill Discount
Right now, points convert into Nakula Service Credits, vouchers redeemable for private airport transfers, private transportation, in-villa dining experiences, and karaoke evenings. You can combine multiple vouchers toward a single service, and there's no maximum redemption limit.

• 250,000 points → IDR 250,000 Service Credit
• 500,000 points → IDR 500,000 Service Credit
• 750,000 points → IDR 750,000 Service Credit

How is my tier calculated?
On total nights stayed across a rolling 12-month window. Reach 30 nights and you're Gold, 60 nights and you're Diamond. Nights across separate stays and separate properties all count toward the same total.
Can I redeem points for a discount on my room rate?
Not currently. Points redeem for service vouchers, transport, in-villa dining, and karaoke, rather than a direct reduction to your bill.
Do points expire?
Yes, 24 months from when they're earned, tracked on a rolling basis so only the oldest batch is ever at risk.
Can I combine multiple vouchers for one service?
Yes. There's no maximum redemption limit, so you can stack vouchers toward a single transport booking, dinner, or karaoke session.
What happens if my tier drops?
If your nights in the trailing 12 months fall below a tier's threshold, your tier steps down and you earn at the lower rate going forward. Points you've already earned aren't affected by a tier change, they simply follow the 24-month expiry.
