Too good. I recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If i come again to Bali, will definitely book here. I like about how convenient the location is. 1st day, we checked in late and the aircond was having some problem and they apologised bcs their technician was not able to come at late night to work. Somehow early in the morning, their team already rectified it and the aircond working well after that. Staff are very friendly!!!

Exceptional staff members, Indra helped me with extended my stay and gave beautiful caring support. The staff went above and beyond, my mother became extremely ill and they helped me get a doctor to the room where she was then transferred to hospital

Erholsam und angenehm. Vor allem die netten, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter! Jede Frage wurde uns direkt beantwortet und jede Bitte schnell und höflich umgesetzt. Auch für Leistungen, die nicht unmittelbar zum Aufgabenbereich der Mitarbeiter gehörten, waren sie trotzdem hilfsbereit zur Stelle.
